Terms And Conditions

• Bookings must be made under the name of the person present on the day of the move.
• A booking deposit of 25% + GST is required to confirm your reservation.
• The Minimum booking time starts at:
• 2 hours for 1-bedroom homes

• Payment of at least 25% of your quoted total must be made within 48 hours of receiving your quote to confirm your job.
• If your job is scheduled in less than 48 hours, full payment is required immediately.
• If your payment is not received and another job is requested for the same time, we may allocate your slot to another customer.

Please include your booking/ quote reference in all payments.

• If our moving truck must be parked on a steep gradient or more than 10 meters from the property access point, an additional fee will apply, starting from $90.00 + GST, in addition to the standard hourly rate.
• To ensure an accurate quote, please provide clear details in the description box regarding property access, egress, and available truck parking space.

While we take great care to protect your property, CNC Moving does not currently provide insurance coverage. Please ensure you have personal contents insurance in case of accidents, which are rare but can occur.

• Cancellations must be made through our website or directly with our booking team.
• If cancellation is requested it must be 48 hours before your booking.
• If cancellation is less than 48 hours there will be no refund of 25% deposit.

• Payment is by bank transfer to our ANZ account. Account details are provided on your quote.
• Please send proof of payment to confirm your booking.

• Quotes are based on the exact information provided during booking.
• Changes to dates, addresses, or number of items may result in additional charges.
• If the number of large or unexpected items differs from the original quote, extra fees will apply.

• We offer fair and competitive pricing for small deliveries, starting from $90 + GST for TradeMe or store purchase deliveries.
